What we collect, and where it goes.

Who we are

This site is run by Fields Cannary, LLC, 420 S Harvey St, Muskegon, MI 49442. Questions about this policy go to info@fieldscannary.com.

What you give us

• Newsletter signup: your name, email address, phone number, how you heard about us, and any comment you add.
• Reservation request: your name, email, the room you want, party size, preferred time, and anything you add in the notes.
• Event inquiry: your name, email, phone if you include it, guest count, timing, and the occasion.
• Age confirmation: on the Fields Cannabis and Amber Lounge pages you confirm you are 21 or older. That answer is stored in your own browser for 30 days so you are not asked twice. It is not sent to us.

Where it goes

• Newsletter: your signup details are added to our list at Mailchimp, which sends our emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
• Reservation requests and event inquiries: your submission is emailed to our team through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, so a person can reply to you. If you leave the newsletter box ticked, your name and email are also added to the Mailchimp list.
• Shop page: the menu and online ordering on our shop page are provided by Dutchie. Anything you enter there is governed by Dutchie's own privacy policy.
• Hosting: the site is served by Railway, which keeps ordinary server logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) for a limited time to run and protect the service.

How we measure the site

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and which forms are used. Google sets cookies for this and receives a masked form of your IP address. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not run advertising on this site. You can block analytics with a browser extension or by turning off cookies for this site.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your details.
• We do not share them with anyone beyond the services named above.
• We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 21. This is an adults-only property.

How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe. Reservation and event emails are kept as long as we need them to serve you and for our records. Web3Forms keeps a copy of each submission for 30 days.

Your choices

Email info@fieldscannary.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
